Apple has just announced its latest phones, the iPhone 17 series. That is three refreshed versions of existing models as well as the new iPhone Air, that is replacing the Plus. If waiting in line on release day is not your style, but you still wish to secure one as soon as possible, you will be able to reserve the iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max or iPhone Air from 10pm AEST on September 12th, in advance of the September 19 release date.
Aplpe’s iPhone 17 has a fresh design with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and slimmer bezels. And after much anticipation (and a fair bit of grumbling), the base iPhone finally features a 120Hz refresh rate.
Internally, the new A19 chip is quicker as well as more optimized, especially when teamed up with Apple Intelligence. If you are upgrading from an older iPhone, you will notice a huge bump in speed and improved gameplay courtesy of ProMotion.

The iPhone 17 will come in six colourways: black, white, steel gray, light blue, green and purple.The iPhone 17 Air is set to come in four shades: black, white, light gold and sky blue.
The Pro and Pro Max models will be offered in three premium finishes: blue, orange and silver.
